These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Gili Boat Booking website and the booking of fast-vessel tickets and snorkeling packages through our platform. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Gili Boat Booking acts as a ticketing agent connecting travelers with licensed vessel operators serving Gili Trawangan, Gili Air, Gili Meno, Bali, and Lombok.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email with your e-ticket has been issued. Please check that all details — passenger names, travel date, departure port, and vessel — are correct immediately after booking.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate information. Gili Boat Booking is not liable for problems arising from incorrect details supplied at the time of booking.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Once your booking is confirmed, the agreed price is fixed.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. A small payment-processing fee may apply and, where relevant, is reflected in the refund schedule described in our Refund Policy.

4. Check-in & Boarding

Passengers must arrive at the departure port at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time to complete check-in. Boarding closes shortly before departure.

Failure to arrive on time is treated as a no-show and is not eligible for a refund or reschedule. Please allow extra time for traffic and port procedures.

5. Baggage

Each passenger is generally permitted one piece of luggage and one small carry-on bag. Excess or oversized baggage may be subject to additional charges or refusal at the operator's discretion.

Do not carry prohibited or dangerous items. Valuables should be kept with you at all times — Gili Boat Booking and vessel operators are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

6. Schedules, Delays & Cancellations

Departure times are estimates and may change due to weather, sea conditions, tides, or operational reasons. Vessel operators monitor conditions daily and may postpone or cancel a crossing for safety.

If a departure is cancelled by the operator, you will be offered a full refund or a free reschedule to the next available departure. Cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Liability

Gili Boat Booking acts as an intermediary between passengers and licensed vessel operators. The transport service itself is provided by the operator, and passengers travel subject to the operator's own terms and safety regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gili Boat Booking is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed connections, accommodation costs, or onward travel arising from delays or cancellations beyond our control.

8. Passenger Conduct & Safety

Passengers must follow all safety instructions given by the crew, wear life jackets when required, and behave in a manner that does not endanger themselves or others. Operators reserve the right to refuse boarding to any passenger who is intoxicated, disruptive, or unfit to travel, without refund.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.
